Nocciole tostate (origine: ITALIA - Piemonte) varietà Tonda Gentile Trilobata, sacchetto da 1 kg. Nocciole con grado di tostatura medio, confezionate sottovuoto entro 24 ore dalla loro torrefazione. Le nocciole dopo la loro sgusciatura vengono calibrate e cernite a mano, quindi tostate e private della loro pellicola esterna (perisperma), attraverso un processo meccanico che tuttavia non l'asporta completamente (residuo 5% circa). Le nocciole tostate Baldaiassa vengono torrefatte quotidianamente con un grado di tostatura medio, che conferisce al frutto l'inconfondibile aroma equilibrato ed intenso. Per conservarlo e mantenerlo inalterato nel tempo vengono confezionate sottovuoto entro 24 ore dalla lavorazione. Shelf life 12 mesi.
